After much debate Yesterday’s Hitter Award goes to Houston Astros catcher Jason Castro. The Astros as a team don’t have much to cheer about, but between Castro and Chris Carter they do have a little bit of pop in their lineup. Last night Castro went 2 for 3 with a Grand Slam against the Rangers in the Astros 4-2 win over the Rangers.
